Living at YU is at once engaging, ecologically sensitive and sophisticated. Set within the grounds of the University of British Columbia, YU will complete Sept 2012.

MOMA Forest Forever
MOMA Forest Forever in Beijing, is a low-density European styled luxurious housing project designed by Baumschlager Eberle. Rated as a "Pilot Project of Green Architecture" by International Housing Association (IHA) in September 2007, the project features energy efficiency and architectural ingenuity.

Shang Di MOMA in Beijing, is a residential community featuring multi-storey prefabricated buildings that has become the MOMA model. Designed by Baumschlager EberleIt, it features advanced energy efficiency and superior architecture as well as an innovative landscape plan that encourages social interaction.
